The RayEarth that is not Magic Knight RayEarth

The RAYEARTH original anime video series is currently available in Japan. Depending on what language you are looking for, the translated version's availability (via videos or even via TV!) vary.

Since there seems to be a lot of confusion, I'll make it clear here: the "Special Version ~ Wings of Hope" is a recompilation of the three-volume OAV series into one 2-hour movie, with some footage removed and new footage added. Thus, it is more of a "director's cut" version of the OAV series, and in this section I will often refer to it as "Director's Cut" instead of "Wings of Hope".
