As with the manga, they have to find a new Pillar before Cephiro disintegrates. And the girls still have to deal with the three forces. But Hikaru must also face Debonair and her creation Nova, who claims she was born for Hikaru.... And Clef shows the girls the Circlet of the Pillar in a sacred room in the castle.... Nova attacks the people that Hikaru cares about because she "hates anything Hikaru loves". In the end, the circlet chooses two candidates, and the Pillar is chosen in the final battle—a tyical good versus evil battle. What the new Pillar does is the same as in the manga. The girls go back to Tokyo, but they have smiles on their face.
